Key Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the product roadmap by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with market demands and strategic objectives, leading to timely delivery of innovative features.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among engineering, marketing, and sales teams to streamline product development processes and accelerate go-to-market strategies.
• Develop and implement user feedback mechanisms to collect, analyze, and leverage customer insights, driving iterative improvements to product offerings and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and inform future development efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscape shifts, translating findings into actionable product strategies that position Sales Hiring Company as a leader in our industry.
• Lead product launch initiatives, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful rollouts and effective communication of product benefits to our target audience.
• Advocate for the customer within the product development process, ensuring that user experience and satisfaction are prioritized at every stage.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in a remote work environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and product improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies, with a solid understanding of Agile frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the MGBN or ZDMFB industries, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and methodologies, enhancing your ability to advocate for user-centered product development.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques to drive data-informed decision-making processes.
• Previous experience working with remote teams, showcasing adaptability in a distributed work environment.
