Gen AI Engineer

As a Gen AI Engineer at Rappidhire, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI initiatives. Your expertise in Generative AI will directly contribute to the development of state-of-the-art models that drive innovation across various applications. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Generative AI models tailored to meet diverse application needs, ensuring they are innovative and robust.
• Optimize existing AI algorithms by identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce latency in production environments.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive data pipelines that guarantee high-quality data input for AI training and evaluation, thus ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing infrastructures, providing technical support and guidance on AI best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models, iterating based on feedback to continuously improve model accuracy and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Generative AI, bringing fresh ideas and insights to the team to foster innovation.
• Document processes and maintain clear records of model development and performance evaluations to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in AI/ML model development, with a focus on Generative AI techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Experience with data pipeline construction and maintenance, emphasizing data quality and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI models.
• Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) or computer vision applications.
• Knowledge of version control systems, specifically Git, to manage code collaboratively.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and working in a remote team environment.
