As a Career / Success Counselor at Prime Pathway, you will play a vital role in transforming the job search experience for professionals. Your main objective will be to empower candidates by providing tailored guidance and support throughout their career journey. By combining your expertise in career counseling with our technology-driven approach, you will help individuals identify and secure opportunities that align with their skills, aspirations, and professional goals. You will work closely with candidates to understand their unique needs and provide actionable strategies to navigate the complex hiring landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of candidates' CVs and LinkedIn profiles to assess their experience and suitability for targeted roles, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
• Analyze job descriptions to evaluate the candidate-job fit, ensuring alignment between candidates' skills and the requirements of potential employers.
• Identify and recommend suitable job opportunities based on each candidate's experience, skills, seniority, and career aspirations, facilitating a proactive job search.
• Facilitate structured one-on-one counseling sessions, guiding candidates through application strategies, interview preparation, and realistic career expectations.
• Perform in-depth research on companies, industries, and market trends to equip candidates with relevant knowledge and insights about potential employers.
• Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a smooth experience throughout their job search journey and coordinating with internal teams for effective issue resolution.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of candidate discussions, actionable items, and follow-up tasks to track progress and ensure accountability in the counseling process.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in career counseling, recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or related fields, with a proven track record of supporting candidates in their job search efforts.
• Strong understanding of job market dynamics, including current trends and employer expectations, to provide relevant and informed advice to candidates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in reviewing and providing feedback on CVs and LinkedIn profiles, with a keen eye for detail and marketability.
• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with candidates in a job search environment, such as outplacement services or career coaching.
• Familiarity with technology-enabled career management platforms and tools that enhance the job search experience.
• Knowledge of international job markets and relocation processes, providing candidates with comprehensive guidance for global opportunities.
