As a Resume Writer, you will play a crucial role in helping diverse professionals articulate their career narratives and secure meaningful job opportunities. Your expertise in crafting compelling CVs and LinkedIn profiles will directly impact candidates’ job search success, making you an essential part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured intake sessions with new candidates to understand their career histories, aspirations, target markets, and constraints, creating a robust candidate profile that captures their unique value proposition.
• Review, audit, and enhance candidate CVs to meet global hiring standards for various geographies, ensuring alignment with ATS optimization and recruiter readability. Rewrite and restructure CVs while developing achievement-led bullet points that highlight quantified impacts using the CAR/STAR format.
• Overhaul LinkedIn profiles, optimizing sections such as the headline, about summary, experience narration, and skills endorsements to ensure consistency and coherence with targeted job descriptions.
• Design tailored job search strategies for each candidate, mapping out tiered companies from Prime Pathway’s extensive database and advising them on the most relevant platforms and networks for their job search.
• Conduct regular check-in calls with candidates to review their progress, refine strategies, and address any blockers, ensuring consistent communication and high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate effectively with application managers and mentors, utilizing internal tools to log candidate activities and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Proactively identify at-risk candidates and escalate issues as necessary, while contributing to the continuous improvement of CV templates and preparation frameworks to enhance service offerings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, English, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1+ year of experience in resume writing, career coaching, or a related area, with a strong understanding of job market trends.
• Proficient in CV and LinkedIn profile optimization techniques, particularly for international markets (UAE, UK, Germany, Canada, etc.).
• Exceptional written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to articulate candidate achievements effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and others.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a recruitment or career services environment, particularly with technology or global markets.
• Knowledge of various industries and roles, with the ability to tailor messaging accordingly.
• Basic understanding of data analytics to inform job search strategies and market trends.
• Certifications in resume writing or career coaching.
