Placement Coordinator

As a Placement Coordinator at Prime Pathway, you will play a pivotal role in the career advancement of professionals navigating the complexities of job searching and placement. Your expertise will drive the interview readiness process, ensuring candidates are fully prepared to excel in their interviews and secure opportunities that align with their career aspirations. You will be the linchpin connecting candidates with career experts and coaches, meticulously tracking their progress and addressing specific challenges along the way. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end interview readiness journey for candidates, facilitating their preparation from the initial recruiter call through to the final interview round.
• Conduct structured debrief sessions with candidates after each interview round, providing insightful feedback on their performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Analyze and diagnose the root causes of candidate drop-offs, whether due to resume/profile mismatches, communication weaknesses, or specific assessment gaps, and develop tailored strategies for resolution.
• Review and evaluate candidate resumes, flagging issues for the resume team with clear and actionable recommendations for enhancement to improve Round 1 conversion rates.
• Identify, onboard, and manage a diverse pool of interview preparation experts, ensuring candidates are matched with the right coach based on their specific needs and gaps.
• Track and document candidate progress following expert sessions, ensuring identified challenges are resolved before subsequent interview rounds.
• Monitor trends and patterns in candidate performance that may indicate systemic issues, providing feedback to internal teams to improve the overall candidate experience.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, career coaching, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the interview process and candidate assessment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey constructive feedback effectively.
• Proven analytical skills, with the capacity to diagnose issues and develop strategic solutions to enhance candidate readiness.
• Familiarity with resume optimization and personal branding techniques to support candidates in presenting their best selves.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-motivation, organization, and effective time management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a technology-enabled career management platform or recruitment agency.
• Knowledge of various assessment methodologies (e.g., DI, Pymetrics) and interview techniques (e.g., behavioral, STAR).
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a network of career experts and coaches.
