Key Responsibilities

• Actively apply for jobs on behalf of candidates through designated job portals, ensuring alignment with their career goals and preferences.
• Conduct thorough reviews of job details and candidate profiles prior to submission, ensuring that applications are tailored and relevant.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all applications, tracking status changes and outcomes to facilitate effective communication with candidates.
• Meet daily application targets while upholding high standards of accuracy and quality in data entry.
• Utilize our technology and data infrastructure to identify and seize job opportunities, contributing to a personalized search strategy for each candidate.
• Collaborate with the operations team to improve processes and streamline application workflows.
• Provide feedback on candidate profiles and job market trends to enhance our services and support offerings.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, data entry, or backend processes, demonstrating familiarity with application systems.
• Strong attention to detail and basic proficiency in computer skills, including experience with online job portals.
• Proven ability to work efficiently, meet daily targets, and maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to workload management, particularly in a remote working environment.

Preferred Qualifications
