In this role, you will conduct personalized career counseling sessions, utilizing your expertise to help clients articulate their career goals, develop actionable plans, and understand market dynamics. Your contribution will be instrumental in transforming the often daunting job search process into a structured and strategic journey, ensuring our clients feel supported every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized career counseling sessions via video calls (30-45 minutes), focusing on personal career aspirations and actionable strategies.
• Provide tailored guidance on career planning, skill development, and emerging job market opportunities, leveraging our technology and data insights.
• Clearly communicate program details, aligning our offerings with each client’s unique career objectives and aspirations.
• Maintain a professional virtual environment during counseling sessions, ensuring high-quality interactions through good lighting, minimal noise, and active engagement.
• Document and maintain accurate records of all counseling sessions and participant enrollments, ensuring a seamless follow-up process and continuity of service.
• Collaborate with the Prime Pathway team to stay updated on industry trends and job market changes, integrating this knowledge into your counseling approach.
• Actively contribute to the ongoing refinement of our counseling methodologies and resources to enhance client experience and outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in career counseling, coaching, or a related field, with a proven track record of helping professionals achieve their career goals.
• Strong understanding of job market trends, recruitment processes, and career development strategies, particularly in the technology sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients in a virtual setting.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for virtual meetings and record-keeping, ensuring an efficient and organized approach to client interactions.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Career Development, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in international job markets and knowledge of visa and relocation processes for professionals seeking opportunities abroad.
• Familiarity with personal branding techniques, CV and LinkedIn optimization, and interview preparation strategies.
• Certification in career coaching or counseling from a recognized institution.
