MCA Sales Representative (Outbound B2B, Remote, India)

₹35,000 salary + commission up to ₹1,45,000 per month

At Growpath Capital, we help Canadian and US small businesses access working capital through merchant cash advances (MCA) and business funding. Our technology takes care of the paperwork, lender matching and submissions, so our sales team can focus on what it does best: real conversations with business owners.

We're building a sharp, ambitious remote team in India, and we're looking for confident communicators who want to earn, learn and move up quickly.

Your role

As an MCA Sales Representative, you'll be the first voice a business owner hears from Growpath Capital. You'll introduce our funding options by phone, understand each owner's needs, and guide them through completing their funding file.

You'll never be on your own. Your Sales Manager works alongside you and joins your calls to help close clients whenever you need support.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls through our auto dialer to the business lists provided, and meet your daily call and conversation goals.
• Explain Growpath's working capital options clearly and qualify each business: time in business, monthly revenue, existing funding and need.
• Share the application link, collect bank statements and documents, and follow up until each file is complete.
• Hand complete files to your Sales Manager for the close, and join the closing call when asked.
• Log every call and client note in the CRM the same day.
• Follow our sales playbook, consent rules and do-not-call list. We never promise clients an approval, rate, amount or timing.
• Take part in daily team huddles, coaching and product training.

Pay and growth

We set very basic targets to start with, so you can ease into the role, learn the product and build your confidence before the numbers grow.

Salary: starting at ₹35,000 per month. Your first milestone will be one-tenth of your monthly sales target, which also activates your monthly salary, and commission is paid on every deal from the start.

• Commission: earned on every funded deal you source, from your very first deal, and paid once the lender pays Growpath.
• Bonuses: paid on top of salary and commission when you exceed your targets.
• Promotion: hit your targets 3 months in a row and you'll be promoted to Sales Manager, with a higher salary, a share of every deal your team closes and bigger incentives.
• Training: full product training, a proven sales playbook and hands-on coaching from day one.

Schedule and location

• Night shift, Monday to Saturday: 11 AM–7 PM PST = 11:30 PM–7:30 AM IST (the IST shift starts the previous night).
• Fully remote, work from home anywhere in India. India only.

Who we're looking for

• Fluent spoken English and Hindi (both required), with a clear, confident phone manner.
• At least 1 year of sales experience (outbound calling, telesales or B2B sales). No freshers.
• Your own laptop and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
• Comfort with targets, a fast pace and a commission upside.
• Reliability on a night-shift schedule.
